We collect, organize, standardize, and normalize court data from state courts, and the federal court system’s Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER), and we make it all easily accessible and useful through our web app and Enterprise APIs. Maricopa County Superior Court will also livestream some hearings. New-Entering Case Numbers To enter case numbers on the inquiry screen use the following format: Case type: CR (two character alpha) Year: 1999 (four digit numeric). Leverage UniCourt's Legal Data as a Service (LDaaS) to get bulk access to court data from Southeast Regional Court Center - Maricopa County. As of July 19, 2021, court facilities resumed full public access. With UniCourt, you can lookup court cases online, find the latest court docket information, view case summaries, check case statuses, download court documents, opinions, and tentative rulings, and track lawsuits to get real-time alerts on new case updates. The Clerk's Office can provide public access to the records of the actions of Superior Court online or by visiting one of our offices. UniCourt gives you access to trial court records at Southeast Court Complex, other courthouses across Maricopa County Superior Courts, and throughout the State of Arizona, so you can search multiple jurisdictions for different types of cases: Family, Other, Probate, Small Claim, and Tax. The primary responsibilities of the Clerk of the Superior Court include keeping and maintaining dockets, recording each Superior Court session and preserving official court documents. (The system is unavailable Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 am to 4:00 am.) Any other planned system downtime or problems will be noted below. You won't be able to view documents or obtain copies, but will be able to look up cases by name or case number and see the docket entries.
